no power data but cadence

it seems like this problem has come up for other people but i have not seen a clear answer to solve my problem yet.

i have a brand new sram quarq that was working fine until today. i have cadence but no power on my display (garmin 400, firmware 2.4)

my magnet is well within the limit & i have the latest software. I manually calibrated and used auto zero (got 32364) and didnt get any new results.

any help or suggestions on how to get the power data back. thanks for your help.

Things to try:

  1. Replace the battery in the Cinqo (even if it should not be low). I have gotten similar calibration values and replacing the battery seemed to solve the issue.
  2. Hard reset on the Garmin (you'll lose your settings so back up before doing the reset).
  3. Try the Garmin in a different position on the bike.

Also, if you have access to a different Garmin, check to see if you have the same problem with a different head unit.

Thanks I have riden the crank a total of 9 times so I really don't think it's that. Hoe do you hard reset the garmin? Hopefully that will do the trick
