Hi, I have a FSA SLK CINQO quarq (w/ mega-exo BB 8200 I belive). I'm thinking of buying a bike which has a BB-86. Per this site, my crank should be compatible with the use of an adaptor?

But where can I buy this adaptor?
Does anyone have experience with this?
How easy is it to switch out cranks w/ this adaptor in place?
I've searched but other than some posts on weight weenies haven't found anything addressing this.
