Hi everyone- I purchased CinQo SRAM S975 and use with Garmin Edge705 and CycleOps Joule2.0. CinQo's auto-cal and manual zero calibration is OK on Edge 705, but has some problem on Joule 2.0. I can configure 'auto zero cal' on Joule, but manual zero calibration has some trouble. On the manual zero calibration screen on Joule2.0, it shows 'Torque RAW:' and 'Torque Offset'. Torque RAW is current torque offset value, and Torque Offset is previous stored value. Joule's user guide suggest that these both torque value must be close. But when I try to execute manual zero claibration on Joule with CinQo, my Joule could not find out CinQo until I rotate the crank. Also, Joule shows as Torque RAW: 4650 Torque Offset: 501 and so on, and it require me to continue to rotate crank as reverse direction about 3-5 minutes. Did you experience the same symptom ? |

Bump - Is there a FW version out for the Joule yet that allows its "calibrate" function to manually zero offset the Cinqo? Moreover - my solution for my Cinqo has been to do the manual zero offset via my Edge 705 when I start a ride, and then use the Joule for the rest of the ride. Does this produce accurate data? or do I need to be able to zero offset the meter on the head unit which does the recording? |
