Calibrations are comparisons done on a common standard CinQo. Though actual slopes vary, however percent differences are relative.

Changing the calibration through Qalvin is limited to 1% increments. A variation in slope by 0.5% is more than sufficiently accurate for an in-field calibration change. For a more accurate calibration, the unit should be sent in, or using the manual calibration steps in Qalvin.

* Rings with '*' are not recommended as the slope difference between the rings exceeds 2%.

Re-calibration
My Cinqo requires re-calibration, how do I go about re-calibrating my CinQo?
There are two options to re-calibrate your CinQo.
  • Send your CinQo to Quarq. Calibration's only cost is shipping both ways.
  • Use Qalvin to change your calibration value appropriately, or perform a manual calibration.
