Shipping & Returns


We currently ship online purchases to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.

Our webstore is not set up to service international customers. Because our customer service team wants to offer the best customer service we can and is unable to provide support on webstore purchases to countries outside of the US and Canada, we are only able to sell our products online to customers who live within the areas listed above.

To help prevent fraud and to avoid situations where we are unable to provide support on items purchased through our webstore, we will not ship to freight forwarders.

Please use the Dealer Locator to find distributors and dealers in other territories and countries. To receive service on products purchased through these channels, products will need to be returned to the original point of purchase.

Payment card information must match the billing address.

Orders must be shipped to a physical street address.

We apply sales tax to orders shipped to California, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana and South Dakota — the states with SRAM offices and factories.

Canadian orders will only be shipped to verified billing addresses.

Shipping Options

Packages are shipped by UPS and we only offer the most cost-effective methods during checkout. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days.

Shipping costs to Canada may include additional customs duties or brokerage fees.

Processing Time

Orders typically ship 48-72 hours after the order has been placed — except if there is an advisory on that specific product’s page.

Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays.


We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Only one payment method is accepted per order.

All goods are subject to applicable sales tax.


You may return unused product for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
